Our Valet Trash Process

Prepare Trash

Wait for Service

Retrieve Container

Bag and tie your trash, and place it into your provided Hard ♲ Works bin. Please do not place loose items in the bin.

Place your trash bin outside of your door between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM on scheduled service days. The service will begin from 8:00 PM until all trash bags are picked up.

Retrieve your container and recycling box after collection by 10:00 AM the following morning, and place it back inside your apartment.
